Valve Installation & Commissioning
Forza Projects led the timely change-out of a 36-inch ball valve controlling the bulk line of the TNP pipeline.
Valve Maintenance
Forza Projects led the valve change-out at OML 33, controlling 305 barrels of product every day.
Flushing & Pressure Testing
Carried out flushing and pressure testing of the water sprinkler deluge line to ascertain the integrity of the pipe at an LPG storage sphere.
Offshore calibration and testing of field instruments
Forza Projects executed precision calibration and function testing of all field instrumentation offshore, ensuring accurate readings and reliable control loop performance prior to system start-up.
Pre-commissioning of subsea umbilical
Forza Projects managed the pre-commissioning of the subsea umbilical, including flushing and leak checks to verify integrity and readiness for fluid and signal transmission.
Integrity test of subsea manifold
Forza Projects performed comprehensive integrity testing of the subsea manifold, applying pressure and leak-detection protocols to confirm structural soundness and operational safety under rated conditions.
Electrical/fiber optic installation and commissioning
Forza Projects oversaw the installation and end-to-end commissioning of electrical power cables and fiber optic lines, verifying continuity, insulation, and signal quality.
